Louis Vuitton Operations Specialist

- Support the Store Manager in ensuring the team delivers excellent client service.
- Facilitate training on operational procedures and communication systems.
- Assist in recruiting and developing talent.
- Motivate the team to achieve operational excellence and a positive work environment, providing coaching and identifying team development needs.
- Ensure high standards in merchandise preparation and packaging.
- Manage all aspects of client delivery, including communication and problem-solving.
- Document and track deliveries.
- Assist with store maintenance, including housekeeping, lighting, and repairs.
- Support vendor management and assist with minor works and renovations.
- Maintain and update permits and inspection certificates.
- Ensure organization of back-of-house areas.
- Ensure technological devices function properly and troubleshoot issues.
- Support store appearance maintenance.
- Manage inventory in an efficient, clean, and organized fashion.
- Oversee front of house and back of house stock organization to ensure efficiency to drive business.
- Manage the preparation, completion, and reconciliation of all inventories and cycle counts.
- Serve as point person to guide and train store teams on inventory processes.
- Execute inventory adjustments to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with company directives, including inter-store transfers, pullbacks, and client orders.
- Oversee bin management in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee the shipping and receiving lifecycle and maintain collaborative relationships with regional and corporate partners.
- Partner with the Risk Management department to reduce potential product loss.
- Assist Store Manager and/or Operations Manager with ordering supplies and controlling the allotted budget.
- Assist with managing and enforcing cash and credit card policies and procedures.
- Manage potential financial risks through partnerships with sales audit and asset protection.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficient in inventory management
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Problem-solving skills
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
