1. Professional reception and visitor management
2. Operation and organization of the telephone switchboard
3. Sorting and distribution of mail and handling courier services
4. Point of contact for building management, janitorial services, and office cleaning company
5. Management of office supplies and conference beverages, as well as maintenance of the office kitchen
6. Organization of orders, such as printing materials for stores and head office
7. Preparation and dispatch of birthday cards, gift vouchers, and floral arrangements for employees
8. Organization and booking of travel (flights, trains, hotels) for head office and store employees, as well as for clients and guests at events
9. Support for conferences and training sessions (catering, material provision, reservations)
10. Review and accounting of travel and hotel invoices
11. Monitoring and maintenance of travel bookings
12. Assistance with interim housing searches for management employees
13. Organization of small internal events to promote the well-being of head office employees

1. Completed commercial training (e.g., foreign language correspondent, hotel management)
2. At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a comparable position

1. Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
2. Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
3. French language skills are an advantage
4. Strong customer and service orientation
5. Independent, solution-oriented, and organized work approach
6. Very good MS Office skills and experience with travel bookings
7. Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a well-groomed appearance
8. Friendly telephone manner and high level of collegiality

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
