- Perform general administrative tasks including document creation, data entry, and filing.
- Provide team support by preparing meetings, managing schedules, and procuring supplies.
- Facilitate communication within internal departments and with external vendors and suppliers.
- Adapt responsibilities based on the candidate's experience and skills to optimize departmental fit.
- Assist in project and event planning to support team objectives.
- Translate documents and emails from English or French to Japanese, if language skills permit.
- Experience in administrative or related roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic PC operations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to compose and manage business emails.
- Business communication skills in English or French are advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
Monthly salary ranging from ¥300,000 to ¥330,000, with annual earnings between ¥3,600,000 and ¥4,000,000, determined according to experience and skills.
