5. Contribute to the industrialization of new products.
6. Propose sustainable solutions to reduce site repairs.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Industrial Production, Continuous Improvement, or Quality.
2. Ideally, previous experience in an industrial environment.
3. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methods (DMAIC, MRP, 5 Whys).
4. Strong interest in the industrial environment.
5. Excellent listening, organizational, and rigorous work skills.
6. Good interpersonal skills, team-oriented, autonomous, and adaptable to a demanding environment.
