1. Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects focusing on safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity.
2. Define requirements for production equipment and tooling.
3. Participate in the implementation of production lines while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives on specific projects.
5. Contribute to the industrialization of new products.
6. Assist in reducing site repairs by proposing sustainable solutions.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Production, Continuous Improvement, or Quality.
2. Ideally, some initial experience in an industrial setting.

1. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methodologies (DMAIC, MRP, 5 Whys).
2. Strong organizational, listening, and precision skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
4. Autonomy and ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
5. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.

Ideal candidates will have some initial exposure to an industrial environment, though beginners are welcome.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field.
