Louis Vuitton Merchandising Manager - Women's RTW

- Develop and execute a comprehensive merchandising strategy to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Drive sales performance by regularly updating stores on sales turnover and conducting store visits to gather insights.
- Provide feedback to Paris on product performance to influence product development for the Japanese market.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed about pricing and product trends.
- Coordinate new product launches and ensure pre-launch training for sales staff.
- Oversee inventory management and facilitate inventory transfers among stores.
- Lead the planning and execution of the Women’s Trunk Show biannually in collaboration with retail teams.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of merchandising experience.
- Proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 800 or higher) and Japanese.
- Experience in people management and team development.
- Strong leadership and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform under stress.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in merchandising within the luxury fashion sector is required.
