1. Develop and execute a comprehensive merchandising strategy to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
2. Drive sales performance by regularly updating stores on sales turnover and conducting store visits to gather insights.
3. Provide feedback to Paris on product performance to influence product development for the Japanese market.
4. Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed about pricing and product trends.
5. Coordinate new product launches and ensure pre-launch training for sales staff.
6. Oversee inventory management and facilitate inventory transfers among stores.
7. Lead the planning and execution of the Women’s Trunk Show biannually in collaboration with retail teams.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of merchandising experience.
2. Proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 800 or higher) and Japanese.
3. Experience in people management and team development.

3. Strong analytical skills and ability to perform under stress.
4. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Word.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in merchandising within the luxury fashion sector is required.
