1. Develop and execute a comprehensive merchandising strategy to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
2. Drive sales performance by updating stores on sales metrics and conducting store visits to gather insights.
3. Provide feedback to Paris headquarters on product performance to influence product development for the Japanese market.
4. Conduct market analysis to stay informed about competitor pricing and product trends.
5. Coordinate new product launches and ensure pre-launch training for sales staff.
6. Oversee inventory management and facilitate stock transfers among stores as needed.
7. Lead the planning and execution of the Women’s Trunk Show twice a year.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of merchandising experience.
2. Experience in people management and team development.
3. Proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 800 or higher) and Japanese.

1. Strong leadership and proactive approach.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to perform under stress.
4. Proficiency in PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Word.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Minimum of 7-10 years in merchandising, with experience in people management and team development.
