- Manage the purchasing and development process for specific materials used in rigid products such as trunks and luggage, focusing on metal components.
- Animate and manage the supplier panel, ensuring capacity and service levels are met.
- Contribute to resolving supplier-related issues.
- Support the launch of Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and assist in negotiating purchasing conditions including price, lead times, and minimum order quantities.
- Update tracking tools such as CCPM, PLM, and SAP.
- Handle standard parts orders for prototype manufacturing and support the development of standard color variations.
- Assist the special orders team.
- Aid in constructing the annual budget for all rigid materials and update material reporting.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain with a specialization in Purchasing.
- Demonstrated interest in the industrial sector and product sense.
- Previous significant professional experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and anticipate daily tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerBi, with knowledge of PLM and SAP being advantageous.
- Fluent in professional English.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with significant prior professional experience.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
