1. Participate in retail and corporate rotations to gain comprehensive operational experience.

5. Complete a structured program comprising Retail & Client Discovery, Business Exposure, and Store Management Expedition stages.
6. Engage in regional projects and participate in a community of Retail Management Trainees across North Asia.

1. Passion for the luxury retail industry and the Louis Vuitton brand.
2. Fluency in English, with proficiency in Chinese or Korean preferred.
3. Fresh graduate or less than five years of work experience.
