- Participate in retail and corporate rotations to gain comprehensive operational experience.

- Collaborate with Client Relations & Experience, Retail Operations, and various retail teams to enhance the client journey.
- Contribute to diverse corporate projects, gaining exposure to multiple functions and departments.
- Complete a structured program comprising retail discovery, business exposure, and store management expedition.
- Fresh graduate or with less than five years of working experience.
- Fluency in English and Chinese or Korean is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Accountability and self-motivation.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
- Resilience in dynamic environments.
Suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with less than five years of professional experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
