Louis Vuitton Maintenance Technician

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment to ensure operational continuity.
- Commission, adjust and validate new installations and production lines prior to handover.
- Diagnose equipment faults, implement corrective measures and participate in continuous improvement to optimize performance.
- Plan and prioritise weekly maintenance workload in coordination with manufacturing teams and manage interventions on site.
- Record maintenance activities, draft intervention procedures and respond to technical requests using the CMMS/GMAO.
- Provide technical advice, training and on‑the‑job support to workshop operators.
- Support shared maintenance activities: spare parts ordering and inventory, maintenance of technical and regulatory documentation, and quality checks on received parts and equipment.
- Participate in interdepartmental meetings and cross‑functional projects as required.
- BTS (or equivalent) in Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an industrial maintenance role (electromechanical environment preferred).
- Multidisciplinary technical competency: mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.
- Strong teamwork orientation, autonomy, responsiveness and service mindset.
- Comfortable using IT tools and CMMS (GMAO); able to produce clear written procedures.
