4. Architect, develop, and maintain sophisticated data dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to provide actionable insights for logistics performance.
5. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations, identifying trends and forecasting future performance.
6. Serve as a Project Manager for logistics and WMS-related initiatives, overseeing the project lifecycle from planning to completion.
7. Collaborate with headquarters and cross-functional departments in Japan, as well as external vendors, to align project objectives.
8. Communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences and facilitate training for operational teams on new WMS features and processes.
