1. Develop and disseminate communication materials tailored to specific initiatives, including presentations, digital content, and video montages.
2. Assist in organizing events as outlined in the communication plan, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and oversee the smooth execution on the event day.
3. Contribute to the writing and layout of the Internal Journal.
4. Actively participate in the deployment of institutional actions.
5. Support teams in organizing events such as team-building activities.
6. Contribute to the implementation of the company's CSR strategy.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Communication or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in communication, with a strong interest in event organization.

1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
2. Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation.
3. Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate creativity.
4. Team-oriented with a practical approach to tasks.
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
