1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Communication or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in communication, with a strong interest in event organization.

2. Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation.
3. Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate creativity.

5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
