1. Manage full scope of management control activities for the footwear production site, including monthly closing, reporting and dissemination of results to operational stakeholders.
2. Prepare and maintain budgets and rolling forecasts; enter and update financial plans within the company ERP.
3. Analyze production performance (variance vs. standards, material consumption, efficiency metrics) and produce actionable insights.
4. Develop, document and monitor key operational KPIs to support plant management and continuous improvement.
5. Model and simulate financial and operational scenarios to support decision‑making by site management.
6. Drive process and policy improvements across the site and its subsidiaries, ensuring consistent application of internal corporate policies.
7. Collaborate with operational teams to translate financial targets into measurable plant objectives and ensure target adherence.

1. Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in structured manufacturing environments, preferably in footwear or similar industrial production.
3. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing and management reporting within an ERP environment.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels in a matrix organisation.
5. Positive, proactive and flexible approach with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
6. Availability for business travel as required.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in management control or financial controlling within structured industrial/manufacturing organisations; prior exposure to footwear production or involvement in the launch of a new production site or consulting on industrial finance processes is highly desirable.

Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Management Engineering.
