- Manage full scope of management control activities for the footwear production site, including monthly closing, reporting and dissemination of results to operational stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain budgets and rolling forecasts; enter and update financial plans within the company ERP.
- Analyze production performance (variance vs. standards, material consumption, efficiency metrics) and produce actionable insights.
- Develop, document and monitor key operational KPIs to support plant management and continuous improvement.
- Model and simulate financial and operational scenarios to support decision‑making by site management.
- Drive process and policy improvements across the site and its subsidiaries, ensuring consistent application of internal corporate policies.
- Collaborate with operational teams to translate financial targets into measurable plant objectives and ensure target adherence.
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in structured manufacturing environments, preferably in footwear or similar industrial production.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing and management reporting within an ERP environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels in a matrix organisation.
- Positive, proactive and flexible approach with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in management control or financial controlling within structured industrial/manufacturing organisations; prior exposure to footwear production or involvement in the launch of a new production site or consulting on industrial finance processes is highly desirable.
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Management Engineering.
