- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the Louis Vuitton brand image and convey a compelling and consistent narrative across all stores.
- Lead and inspire a team of Visual Merchandisers to execute visual guidelines and uphold brand standards.
- Plan and execute window displays, in-store displays, and product presentations to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the Retail team to understand customer preferences and shopping behaviors, translating insights into impactful visual merchandising displays.
- Monitor and evaluate in-store visual merchandising standards to ensure compliance with global guidelines and aesthetic excellence.
- Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance and support to the Visual Merchandising team, ensuring consistent brand representation across locations.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in visual merchandising, recommending innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners involved in the production of visual merchandising materials and fixtures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail, Client Development & Communication, and Product Management, to ensure alignment on visual merchandising initiatives.
- Assist in the training and development of Visual Merchandising team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in visual merchandising within the luxury fashion or retail industry.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in visual merchandising.
- Strong knowledge of luxury retail and fashion trends, with the ability to translate brand identity and product stories into visually impactful displays.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in visual merchandising, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to travel to different store locations within Hong Kong, as required.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
