- Ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences as the clienteling expert in the store.
- Participate actively in key events and animations, empowering the store's success.
- Collaborate with Store Management to plan events, appointments, and gifting arrangements.
- Observe, coach, and provide feedback to the store team on clienteling activities.
- Support the sales team during complex or critical selling moments.
- Maintain and familiarize with the store’s client profile book and engagement strategies.
- Lead by example in delivering best-in-class client services, ensuring high standards in grooming, greeting, hosting, and communication.
- Foster a clienteling mindset through workshops, coaching sessions, and briefings.
- Analyze data and client feedback to assess client dynamics and elevate customer experiences.
- Capture business development opportunities through innovative outreach programs.
- Identify ways to capture new clients, upgrade existing ones, and reactivate lapsed clients.
- Engage potential clients at social and networking events, introducing them to Louis Vuitton.
- Build relationships with external suppliers and partners to enhance client experiences.
- Translate global and regional Client Development strategies into store experiences.
- Participate in regional and market-wide CRM initiatives as required.
- Update critical client data for business reviews with the corporate Client Development team.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English.
- Basic understanding of CRM concepts and data analysis.
- Knowledge of luxury industry client segmentation and trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite and reporting tools; experience with business analytics tools is a bonus.
