- Facilitate engaging onboarding and ongoing training programs, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
- Coach leadership teams to enhance their competencies, attitudes, and behaviors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring the practical application of selling skills through observation, coaching, and the implementation of action plans.

- Manage administrative tasks, adhere to budget guidelines, and support regional and store-specific initiatives as needed.
- Extensive people management skills, ideally in luxury retail.
- Proven background in coaching at all levels and providing effective feedback.
- Ability to thrive autonomously in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
