5. Provide conceptual support for diverse HR projects.

1. Initial practical experience in HR, preferably in recruitment.
2. Reliable, meticulous, and structured work approach.
3. Trustworthiness and confidentiality.
4. Excellent proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken; French is advantageous.
