1. Support the HR team on a wide range of generalist topics under the supervision of the HR Manager.
2. Assist in recruitment processes including CV screening, interview scheduling, and conducting interviews.
3. Update and maintain the candidate database and track applications.
4. Aid in personnel administration, including managing employee files and preparing administrative documents.
5. Support the onboarding process for new employees.
6. Assist in monitoring employee training programs.
7. Contribute to internal HR communications and manage communication tools.
8. Participate in organizing internal events.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work autonomously and maintain confidentiality.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
