- Support design and structuring of HR and payroll processes, assisting with documentation and standardisation.
- Plan and follow up on development and career interviews, including retirement-related meetings, acting as a relay with the RHA.
- Provide communications support and act as backup for the communications apprentice during simultaneous events (e.g., open days), and assist with event organisation.
- Coordinate JNTE communications and tracking in liaison with line managers to ensure application of relevant collective agreements and planning rules.
- Deploy and monitor the annual appraisal campaign in collaboration with the RHA, including follow-up and archiving of interviews.
- Contribute to digitalisation and automation initiatives for HR processes and participate in reflection on deployment of Power BI dashboards and KPIs in partnership with the CDG.
- Draft administrative correspondence related to working-time thresholds (LVMOI — exceptions below 6h and above 10h).
- Manage quality-of-work-life (QWL) administrative topics (eg. births, deaths, marriages) and support projects such as the feasibility of an on-site nursery in collaboration with the RHA.
- Enrolled in final year of Licence (Bachelor) in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated interest for field/operational HR.
- Rigor, organisation and autonomy in managing multiple administrative and project tasks.
- Good command of common IT tools and willingness to work with HR data and reporting tools.

Entry-level — suitable for a final-year bachelor student; no prior professional HR experience required. This is an apprenticeship/professionnalisation position intended for a learner still completing their studies.
Final-year Licence (Bachelor) in Human Resources or equivalent required.
