Louis Vuitton Human Resources Assistant (Apprenticeship) — EMEA

- Support the EMEA Head of Human Resources on day-to-day HR operations and project deployment.
- Manage recruitment activities: gather hiring needs from managers, publish vacancies, manage the ATS, screen CVs and conduct telephone pre-selections for CDI and CDD roles.
- Coordinate internal mobility processes across Louis Vuitton and the wider group.
- Administer onboarding and offboarding procedures in close liaison with HR business partners and hiring managers.
- Manage administrative HR requests (employment certificates, access badges, staff restaurant access, etc.).
- Autonomously coordinate and manage interns and apprentices: liaise with campus teams, oversee onboarding/offboarding and act as local HR contact.
- Contribute to HR initiatives for the EMEA head office (training plans, career pathways, HR analytics, engagement activities).
- Animate the trainee/apprentice community and coordinate mid-year check-ins and local engagement events.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, university or equivalent international programme (work-study/alternance track).
- Organised, responsive and highly motivated with a demonstrated interest in human resources.
- First professional experience in HR (internship or similar) preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Professional-level command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience using an ATS.
- International exposure or proficiency in additional foreign languages is a strong asset.
