- Collect and validate daily absence data; ensure appropriate justification and documentation for absences.
- Prepare and dispatch liaison letters for the two production ateliers and maintain absenteeism records.
- Monitor absenteeism KPIs, produce regular reports and follow up on trends with HR leads.
- Coordinate and animate return-to-work interviews and related follow-up actions.
- Track social hours, delegation hours and prepare associated reporting.
- Ensure compliance with collective agreements and internal HR provisions through on-site presence and controls.
- Support social dialogue: attend CSE meetings, draft Flash communications and prepare CSE minutes (PV).
- Organize and coordinate commissions (training, housing, catering) and related logistics.
- Plan, organise and participate in QVT (quality of work life) expression groups and monitor implementation of actions.
- Enrolled in first-year Master's program in Human Resources (or equivalent) — required.
- Eligible for an apprenticeship (apprentissage) or professionalisation contract in France.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a pronounced interest for fieldwork and employee relations.
- High level of rigor, discretion and organisational autonomy.
- Good command of IT tools for reporting and administration (see skills).
- Fluent French (spoken and written) is strongly implied for this on-site HR role.

Entry-level / no prior professional experience required; candidate should be a first-year Master's student in Human Resources and eager to learn on the job.
First-year Master's degree (M1) in Human Resources or equivalent — enrolled and eligible for alternance.
