1. Collaborate with the HSE Manager to animate the daily safety policy, including operational performance meetings and safety feedback management.
2. Participate in managing the occupational health and safety system in compliance with ISO 45001.
3. Ensure the monitoring and management of the documentary system.
4. Conduct on-site audits of production lines and logistics sectors.
5. Track and analyze action plans related to health, safety, and environmental management.
6. Update risk assessments (DUER).
7. Perform accident analyses using methods such as Root Cause Analysis and 5 Whys.
8. Facilitate continuous safety improvement initiatives, including 5S and logistics safety.
9. Conduct training modules on safety induction and risk hunting.
10. Manage and monitor chemical risks (SDS, Seirich, etc.).
11. Ensure effective health and safety communication.
12. Update and monitor Safety KPIs.
13. Engage in environmental initiatives, including KPI tracking, event organization, and waste management audits.
14. Train employees on environmental practices.
