1. Proactively source and recruit client advisors, managing the full recruitment process.
2. Build a network of candidates through proactive search and professional networks.
3. Promote the brand within the network and conduct exploratory interviews.
4. Educate the HR team and key stakeholders about recruitment trends and best practices.
5. Support HRBP in coordinating recruitment processes.
6. Undertake administration related to HR processes, including starters and leavers, managing HR systems, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
7. Record and monitor staff absences and provide data for payroll preparation.
8. Ensure compliance with UK employment regulations for starters and leavers.
9. Organize and manage HR-led internal events.
10. Maintain and update HR information on the intranet system.
11. Prepare HR communications for review and distribution.
12. Lead simplification and digitalization projects.
13. Guide management through disciplinary procedures and conduct investigations.
14. Complete monthly HR reports and provide data analysis for stakeholders.
