- Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, overseeing all financial aspects of operations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and provide strategic financial guidance to support company growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure financial health and stability.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and statements.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CFO to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate across departments to optimize financial performance.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering continuous improvement.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling for business planning and investment decisions.
- Monitor market trends and economic conditions to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance management, ideally within the luxury and retail industry.
- Robust understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably within the luxury and retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) strongly preferred.
