- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CFO to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and achieve business objectives.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Monitor market trends and economic conditions to identify potential financial opportunities and risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the luxury and retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
