1. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
2. Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
3. Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
4. Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
5. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CFO to support strategic decision-making.
6. Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and achieve business objectives.
7. Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
8. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
9. Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business planning and investment decisions.
10. Monitor market trends and economic conditions to identify potential financial opportunities and risks.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the luxury and retail industry.
3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.

2. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
3. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
4. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SAP.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Fluency in Spanish and English.

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance management, with a preference for candidates with a background in the luxury and retail industry.
