1. Contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes.
2. Participate in the deployment and maintenance of production standards.
3. Assist in defining production processes.
4. Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects related to safety and 5S.
5. Support team leaders in daily performance management.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Ideally, some initial experience in an industrial environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
3. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
5. Proactive and adaptable in a demanding environment.

Ideal candidates will have some initial experience in an industrial setting, though this is not a strict requirement.
