9. Ensure store management is informed of learning activities and priorities, making recommendations as needed.
10. Identify and develop potential talents within the store, partnering in coaching others.
11. Facilitate onboarding and Learning Classroom sessions for new employees.
12. Liaise with HR for proactive planning of new employee integration.
13. Monitor and report on the quality and impact of in-store learning, ensuring retention of training content.
14. Act as a conduit for sharing best practices among stores regarding coaching initiatives.
15. Uphold company policies and procedures, serving as a trusted example.
