1. Act as a role model for Client Advisors by meeting and exceeding performance expectations across sales, clienteling and service metrics.
2. Deliver exceptional product knowledge and storytelling to clients and colleagues, elevating the selling ceremony for women's ready-to-wear.
3. Drive the Women's Ready-to-Wear business through personal sales, tailored client development and target attainment.
4. Support and mentor peers on product launches, merchandising and customer approach; collaborate with Team Managers on training initiatives.
5. Contribute to store-level client development strategies and act as an additional resource for high-value relationship building.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail or premium women's ready-to-wear sales.
2. Proven track record as a top seller in the category with demonstrated commercial results.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills with advanced storytelling and clienteling capabilities.
4. Deep product knowledge of women's ready-to-wear and an ability to coach colleagues.
5. Strong analytical and commercial acumen, comfortable working to targets and KPIs.
