1. Serve as the primary resource in-store for expertise in Watches & Jewelry.
2. Drive sales and client engagement within the Watches & Jewelry category.
3. Conduct product training and facilitate new product launches.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team.
6. Lead by example in client portfolio management and clienteling techniques.

1. Proven track record as a top seller in the luxury retail sector.
2. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
3. Strong analytical and commercial acumen.

1. Exceptional storytelling and interpersonal skills.
2. In-depth product knowledge in Watches & Jewelry.
3. Ability to lead and inspire a team through training and coaching.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on Watches & Jewelry.

Hourly rate between USD $28-$35, plus commission opportunities.
