- Serve as the primary resource for selling and clienteling techniques within the Men's Ready-to-Wear category.
- Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business growth.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and one-on-one coaching.
- Observe team performance during sales interactions and assist in product category introductions.
- Manage a personal portfolio of clients, demonstrating exemplary clienteling skills.
- Maintain product expertise and drive the Men's Ready-to-Wear business in-store.
- Conduct product training and manage new product launches.
- Develop and nurture client relationships.

- Proven track record as a sales leader, consistently achieving top sales in the category.

Hourly rate ranging from USD$27-$32, with commission opportunities.
