- Assist the event manager in organizing events and client experiences across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Collaborate with regional teams to define the strategy and comprehensive view of the event calendar.
- Ensure brand standards are maintained for all client-facing activities.
- Coordinate event schedules, creation, and material logistics.
- Create monthly presentations summarizing events for management teams.
- Work closely with the global client relations team on guidelines and tools.
- Liaise with local suppliers and support event execution in France as needed.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
