1. Coordinate end-to-end event management, including concept creation, invitation dissemination, and post-event follow-up.
2. Analyze event performance, reconcile data with the Events dashboard, and generate comprehensive reports.
3. Optimize ICON platform templates and client profiles, resolving any system bugs to ensure functionality.
4. Manage clienteling campaigns, analyze performance, and prepare detailed reports and presentations.
5. Provide strategic business reviews and comprehensive store reporting, covering key performance indicators.
6. Support mobility for the Resort season and engage with the Clienteling Community to foster best practice sharing.

1. Graduated from a Business School/University with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a similar role within international companies.
3. Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

1. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Adaptability to fast-paced environments and agility to handle changes.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with others easily.
4. Motivated with a strong interest in the luxury and consumer goods sector.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
6. Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.

Previous experience in a similar role within international companies is preferred.

Graduated from a Business School/University with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
