- Collaborate in the planning, coordination, and execution of PR, corporate, and international events, ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional experiences.
- Coordinate event logistics, including staff, orders, organization, and client invitations.
- Prepare and send daily event reports to Paris HQ.
- Animate and coordinate seasonal store openings.
- Manage relationships with event and PR agencies, as well as production companies and vendors.
- Coordinate product presentations and occasional product launches.
- Support team members in event planning, showroom sample transactions, and media coordination.
- Assist in budget planning and management for events under supervision.
- Provide administrative support for event-related tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Conduct research for event planning, including venue options and potential partners.
- Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and on-site arrangements during events.
- Participate in post-event activities, including feedback collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Graduated from a Business School or University with a degree in Marketing or Events Management.
- Ability to formalize a 'contrato de prácticas' based on Spanish labor law.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage agendas and priorities autonomously.
- Highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to deliver results with trust and integrity.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with agility to adapt to changes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with others easily.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory; French is a plus.
- Strong translation skills.
- Highly motivated with a strong personal interest in the luxury and consumer goods environment.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, Clienteling, PR, or Events in a similar role, preferably within the luxury industry.
Degree in Marketing or Events Management from a Business School or University.
