1. Lead the design, refinement, and execution of in-house graduate programs to build a future retail leadership pipeline in North Asia.
2. Create impactful experiential activities and conduct effective selection processes to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
3. Act as the North Asia point of contact for talent development plans, including international exchange programs and individual development plans.
4. Collaborate with the HRBP team to facilitate talent management processes such as Organizational Management Reviews and LVMH pulse surveys.
5. Partner with COE functions to develop and implement a progressive talent and culture journey across North Asia.
