1. Support the organization of regional client events, including supplier coordination, logistics, and on-site execution.
2. Assist in the preparation of presentations for Head Office and stores prior to events.
3. Monitor budgets, update tracking files, and manage the creation and follow-up of Purchase Orders.
4. Assist in post-event reporting, including photo selection, guest attendance, and ROI analysis.
5. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and perform competitive benchmarking.
6. Support the implementation of PR and media-related marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
7. Track, analyze, and report on press coverage and media clippings on a weekly and monthly basis.
8. Coordinate with PR agencies and Paris HQ for press days, product launches, trips, and events.
9. Prepare and adapt PR materials by downloading assets from Central and tailoring them for local use.
10. Assist in photoshoot planning and logistics, liaising with stylists, and managing samples, deliveries, and returns.
11. Support influencer relations, including product gifting and loans.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Internship agreement provided by the university is mandatory.
3. Strong command of English; knowledge of another local language such as Dutch, French, Polish, or a Nordic language is advantageous.
