1. Provide ergonomic advice during the industrialization and launch of new products, focusing on technical, individual, and organizational aspects.
2. Conduct ergonomic analyses and lead action plans.
3. Collaborate with teams to define technical and organizational solutions.
4. Assist in managing health alerts in collaboration with the site nurse and oversee the health plan, including updating matrices of versatility and measuring team rotation.
5. Participate in the site's Health Steering Committee.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Ergonomics, Sports Science, or Human Sciences.

1. Strong autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to lead and animate work groups.
3. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
4. Proactive and innovative mindset.
5. Interest in fieldwork and challenging environments.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in Ergonomics, Sports Science, or Human Sciences (in progress).
