1. Contribute to the health initiative for employees in collaboration with the HR and health teams.
2. Ensure workplace health prevention by integrating physical, cognitive, and organizational ergonomics into production lines, work situations, tools, and industrial means.
3. Conduct ergonomic analyses of various positions on manufacturing lines.
4. Collaborate with project teams to define technical and organizational solutions.
5. Monitor pain alerts in coordination with the site nurse.
6. Track and report workplace health indicators in collaboration with the nurse-ergonomist and HSE Manager.
7. Develop ergonomics in the industrialization of new products.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Ergonomics or a related field.
