- Manage LV.com content using platform tools and workflows (BCC, COREMIDEA, ALGORIA), ensuring timely publication and maintenance.
- Create and edit digital assets—images, video and copy—for campaigns, product launches and events, aligning with global creative guidelines.
- Localize content for the Korean market while maintaining global brand consistency and website design standards.
- Plan and manage landing pages and product curations for new product/collection/campaign launches to support digital sales strategy.
- Define and execute eVM (e‑Visual Merchandising) strategies: optimize online product placement, improve on‑site displays and customer purchase journeys.
- Design, run and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to measure eVM and content effectiveness; set and monitor KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze digital content and internal search performance; translate analytics into data‑driven content and merchandising improvements.
- Benchmark competitor content and recommend tactical improvements to maximize traffic, conversion and UX.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2–3+ years' experience in e‑commerce or digital retail, with hands‑on online content management responsibility.
- Proven ability in content creation for web (copywriting, image and basic video handling) and experience managing landing pages.
- Strong written communication and creative content planning skills.
- Analytical capability with experience setting and tracking KPIs, conducting A/B tests and deriving actionable insights from data.
- Collaborative team player with sensitivity to fashion and market trends and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Preferred: familiarity with luxury brand positioning and direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) channel dynamics.
- Preferred: experience using BCC, COREMIDEA and ALGORIA.
