3. Develop self-service Power BI dashboards featuring impactful business metrics to enhance the scalability and effectiveness of data analysis.
4. Maintain and enhance existing dashboards to accommodate new requests.
5. Train stakeholders to proficiently utilize automated dashboards.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a data analyst, preferably within the consumer cyclical industry.

1. Proficiency in SQL (preferably within a Big Query environment), Power BI, Excel, and Google Analytics; knowledge of Python and Cognos is advantageous.
2. Strong data visualization skills.
3. Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for diverse audiences through effective communication.
4. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to overcome current limitations.
5. Interest in consumer behavior, both online and offline.
6. Familiarity with CRM and Web Analytics; experience with E-Commerce Operations, such as delivery and payment methods, is a plus.
7. Aptitude for independently learning new skills.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a data analyst, preferably within the consumer cyclical industry.
