- Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
- Build genuine relationships with clients by understanding their needs and directing them to appropriate departments.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for their in-store experience.
- Collaborate with the Client Experience team and store staff to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events.
- Achieve individual and team goals while supporting back-of-house efficiency and business strategy.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in managing client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Hourly rate of USD $23-27, plus commission opportunities.
