1. Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
2. Build genuine relationships with clients by understanding their needs and directing them to appropriate departments.
3. Act as the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for their in-store experience.
4. Collaborate with the Client Experience team and store staff to ensure a seamless client journey.
5. Maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events.
6. Achieve individual and team goals while supporting back-of-house efficiency and business strategy.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector.
