1. Oversee the entire event lifecycle from concept creation to post-event follow-up, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
2. Analyze event performance, extract key attendance figures, and generate comprehensive reports.
3. Develop and maintain ICON templates, optimize client profiles, and resolve system bugs.
4. Conduct in-depth analysis of clienteling campaigns, generate reports, and manage client data.
5. Prepare and deliver strategic business reviews and comprehensive store reports.
6. Support strategic initiatives, including mobility for the Resort season and clienteling community engagement.

1. Graduated from Business School/University with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a similar role within international luxury retail companies.
3. Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

1. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to connect with others.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
5. Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in French is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
