1. Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events to support client development activities in stores.
2. Oversee the recruitment and development of relationships with top and potential clients to enhance brand loyalty.
3. Enhance the quality of existing client relations activities while improving operational efficiency.
4. Execute and plan events both domestically and internationally, coordinating with stores, retail directors, and various departments such as procurement, security, logistics, and finance.
5. Establish relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs) through corporate events.
6. Continuously learn and update essential product knowledge, brand history, and customer service skills.
7. Identify areas for improvement in event execution and operations by gathering feedback from clients, stores, and sales departments, and consulting with supervisors.

1. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in client events or a relevant field.
2. Business-level proficiency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
3. Sales experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) or Watches & Fine Jewelry (W&FJ) is advantageous.
4. Medium-level proficiency in PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Ability to travel for business both domestically and internationally.
6. Proficiency in business English and Japanese.
