Louis Vuitton Client Development Executive

- Coordinate with retail teams and vendors to establish event needs and serve as liaison to the Client Development Manager throughout the planning process.
- Plan and facilitate logistics, including F&B, gifting, hospitality, guest lists, site visits, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decoration, and marketing materials for events.
- Prepare and deliver physical invitations and gifts for invited clients.
- Troubleshoot and handle issues that arise on event days.
- Oversee client experiences from conception through post-event, managing on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown.
- Maintain and build a comprehensive database of industry contacts, vendors, and venues.
- Extract data from dashboards to support business needs, including monthly birthday lists, outreach and appointment data, and client data reorganization.
- Execute, follow up, and track gifting arrangements or deliveries with vendors for client events and celebrations.
- Identify and remain informed on market trends.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders related to gifting and events.
- Assist the Client Development Manager in preparing various weekly and monthly reports.
- 3-5 years of experience in running events or CRM activities, preferably in a retail specialty environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (Pivot table/Vlookup function). Familiarity with SAP/Salesforce is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

- Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Active listening skills.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or CRM activities within a retail specialty environment.
