Louis Vuitton Client Development Executive

1. Coordinate with retail teams and vendors for event planning and execution.
2. Plan and manage logistics, hospitality, and guest experiences for events.
3. Prepare and deliver invitations and gifts for clients.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during events.
5. Maintain a database of industry contacts and venues.
6. Extract and analyze client data to support business needs.
7. Execute and track gifting arrangements for client events.
8. Identify market trends and provide insights.
9. Prepare requisitions and purchase orders for events.
10. Assist in preparing reports for the Client Development Manager.

1. 3-5 years experience in running events or CRM activities, preferably in a retail environment.
2. Enthusiastic, agile, and highly driven with outgoing charisma.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
