- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients through interactions across various channels to ensure personalized service and establish credible rapport.
- Meet daily operational objectives and standards, including sales targets, omni-channel contact handling, clienteling, service SLAs, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, particularly in handling personal information.
- Support new product launches, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives that drive business objectives.
- Deliver exceptional service across inbound and outbound calls, emails, social media, and chat messages.
- Adopt strategies to meet sales and client experience targets, including discovering client needs, recommending products, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Address client inquiries and provide clear, concise information.
- Utilize tools and resources to anticipate client needs and deliver one-point contact resolution.
- Track clienteling activities using the ICON app to build relationships and convert clients.
- Handle and resolve client queries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally, escalating to the Team Manager as necessary.
- Share all complaints with the Team Manager and Client Experience Manager for continuous improvement.
- Maintain knowledge of operational guidelines and processes.
- Ensure team achievement of post-call survey targets and other quality metrics.
- Represent the brand professionally as a brand ambassador.
- Stay informed on luxury lifestyle trends and competitor products to better understand and fulfill client needs.
- Leave clients with a positive experience after every interaction.
- Undertake project work and other duties as requested.
- Perform back-of-house duties, including product receiving, checking product condition, order processing, packing, and shipping.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent communication skills across various channels.
- Ability to handle and resolve client queries professionally.
- Proficiency in using client relationship management tools.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and products.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
