- Communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up process to set clear expectations.
- Ensure clients are updated throughout the repair process, contributing to a rewarding client experience.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to define efficient Back of House processes to support client experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Hourly rate ranging from USD$25-$29, with potential for bonuses.
