- Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, focusing on delivering exceptional client service.
- Split time between Client Advisor and Client Care responsibilities, ensuring a balanced approach to client interaction.
- Cultivate and maintain trusting relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
- Champion all services offered by Louis Vuitton and coach team members to enhance client experiences.
- Communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up processes, setting clear expectations.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to streamline back-of-house processes and support client experiences.
- Proactively reach out to clients to achieve individual and team goals, contributing to the business strategy.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in client service or retail.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and educate clients on processes.
- Strong client-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute creatively to brand success.
- Proficiency in managing client relationships and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client service or retail.
Hourly rate ranging from USD $24-$27, plus commission opportunities.
