1. Minimum three years of retail or client advisory experience, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods.
2. Demonstrated commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Professional demeanour, strong interpersonal skills and a client‑centric approach.
4. High motivation to learn, strong curiosity and the ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs.
5. Empathy, active listening and the ability to build trust with a diverse luxury clientele.
