1. Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets, remaining accountable for personal sales performance.
2. Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional, bespoke customer experience consistent with the brand promise.
3. Advise clients across all product categories (leather goods, ready‑to‑wear, footwear, watches, accessories) with informed, consultative recommendations.
4. Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships using clienteling tools and CRM to grow loyalty and repeat business.
5. Actively participate in store activities and initiatives that contribute to overall store performance and targets.
6. Continuously learn and maintain up‑to‑date product and brand knowledge.
7. Adhere to Louis Vuitton’s grooming, presentation and behavioural standards at all times.
8. Comply with company policies, procedures and operational guidelines.

1. Full‑time associate degree (大专) or higher.
2. Minimum two years’ experience in boutique retail or a client‑facing service role; luxury retail experience preferred.
3. Background in ready‑to‑wear, footwear or watches is an advantage.
4. Demonstrated consultative selling ability and proactive sales mindset.
5. Reliable, diligent and eager to learn with strong team spirit.
6. Standard Mandarin required; conversational English preferred.
7. Basic computer literacy.

At least two years of experience in boutique or luxury retail or a related customer service environment; prior exposure to high‑end ready‑to‑wear, footwear or watches is preferred.
