1. Deliver personalised, memorable service to clients in keeping with the Louis Vuitton promise and the Caesars Men's boutique positioning.
2. Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
3. Become an authoritative source of brand and product knowledge across categories to advise clients effectively.
4. Develop and sustain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and CRM systems.
5. Maintain boutique standards on the selling floor, assist with merchandising and support store operations as required.
6. Participate in brand and product trainings and collaborate with colleagues to share best practices.

1. Minimum three years of client-facing or retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
2. Demonstrated commercial mindset with a proven ability to meet sales objectives and convert opportunities.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver discreet, personalised service.
4. Professional presentation, strong communication skills and comfort using clienteling/CRM systems.
5. Flexibility to work weekends and peak retail hours as required by a part-time retail schedule.

Minimum three years of client-facing or retail experience, preferably within a high‑end or luxury retail environment.
